Pushing the envelope of authentic Chinese flavours, three chefs, Will Leung, Charles Cheung, and Lui Kai Yu, are coming together for a special six hands dinner to showcase an extravagant menu that fuses traditional Cantonese and Sichuan ingredients while demonstrating French cooking techniques with their own twist.

Paying homage to the chilled culture of the Caribbean islands, Patty Boi brings you the Jamaican patty! Patty Boi showcases distinct and flamboyant flavours, inspired by the streets of the world and strains that leave us in a happy haze.
Patty Boi has returned and this time with NEW flavors to accompany the Island Kush and Holy Grail favourites from last time.
Patties will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Line up at the HATCH Pop-Up Window or make a reservation to enjoy the HATCH Diner + Bodega and Patti Boi while quantities last.
