HATCH is honoured to welcome back our good friend Rania Hatoum! This time around she will be cooking an Egyptian feast! All these authentic recipes are family recipes passed on to Rania.
RH Fine Dining (@rh.finedining) is the brainchild of wedding gown designer turned chef, Rania Hatoum; it is a marriage of passion for fine French cuisine and Rania's Egyptian-Chinese heritage.
Based on her experiences in New York, Hong Kong and Japan, Rania has loved cooking since she was a child. She started with lasagna at 8 years old and never looked back!
Expect a feast, starting off with the Mezze Platter, Halloumi Fries, and Moussaka. The mains are Kofta & Sayadeya ( Egyptian Fried Fish). Ending on a sweet note with Egyptian Rice Pudding.
$998 for a family-style menu with over 10 dishes for sharing, individual main dishes, and add-ons.

HATCH Welcomes Indulgent Eats for 3 Nights of Family-Style Feasting from her Upcoming Cookbook Indulgent Eats at Home
From November 4- 6,2021, HATCH and Executive Chef Jaime Young are teaming up with Jen Balisi of Indulgent Eats to showcase a tasting menu of dishes and a bonus item to be sold out of HATCH's pop-up window from her upcoming cookbook Indulgent Eats at Home, which features 60 crave-worthy recipes inspired by the world’s most Instagram-famous dishes and her own Filipino background. Each of Jen's 5 courses (with the option to add a 6th) comes from a different chapter of her book, starting at HK$588 per person for a family-style menu.
